Prysmian Group is world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry. It operates in the businesses of underground and submarine cables and systems for power transmission and distribution, of special cables for applications in many different industries and of medium and low voltage cables for the construction and infrastructure sectors. You’ll start by spending 2 weeks in our head office, followed by a local induction, where you’ll get a great overview of the company and of local businesses. You’ll meet our Group CEO, get to grips with our products and technology, discover how our operations and customer relationship teams work together and you’ll even get a tour of our factory. Furthermore, after two years, the training in Milan will also involve senior managers who will participate with graduates to different business games.
