BOQ 2019 Risk Graduate Program
The BOQ 2019 Risk Graduate
Program will give you the opportunity to make an impact in your own career now
and in the future. This Graduate Program will give you the position of Risk
Analyst.
You will work in a Risk Team and
have the chance to partner with BOQ team members. Together, you will bring
positive changes and deliver outcomes for customers and BOQ’s people. The Graduate Program will run
for 3 years with three 12-month rotations. Each rotation will provide you with
excellent experiences that is essential for you to build your expertise deeply.
You will get a lot of support from managers, mentors, facilitators and buddies
so you can further develop your technical Risk Analyst knowledge and skills.
Interpersonal and leadership capabilities are also enhanced through on-the-job
and formal trainings.
