Initially your responsibilities will include:

- Proactively generating candidates through advertising headhunting and database mining

- Managing the source and screen steps of the recruitment process

- Building strong relationships with the candidate pool in the Melbourne market

- Attending client meetings with an experienced consultant

You will be a highly motivated, achievement-orientated, ambitious and professional individual looking to succeed in the recruitment industry. Recruitment is a sales environment so previous experience in a sales role would be an advantage.
