Any claim or action that comes as a result of these terms should only be filed in courts in New South Wales. You agree that this is the exclusive jurisdiction. Acceptable Use In using this site, you agree to adhere to the acceptable use of this site. When using our site in any way, don’t upload, post, comment or in any way facilitate or distribute anything that is: illegal, abusive, immoral, defamatory, harassing, libellous, fraudulent, invasive of others’ privacy, discriminatory or threatening. Also don’t upload, post, comment or in any way facilitate or distribute anything that: infringes on any IP, is spam, is unsolicited marketing, contains viruses or other files/programs which are in any way malicious or aims to gather information. When purchasing a subscription with GradTests for any length of period, this licence
is for use by only one person. This applies equally to all subscription types - the Bronze, Silver, Gold or Enterprise packages. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your licence
with anybody else. GradTests has strict
measures in place to detect this practice, and we reserve our right to
terminate your account should you fail to comply with this. We will not necessarily notify you about this termination if it were to occur. Intellectual Property Rights You acknowledge that all the content on this site is protected by intellectual property rights and laws. Except where GradTests has provided explicit permission, you agree to not copy, redistribute, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, sell, licence or create derivative works from the content on GradTests. Systematic aggregation of our content (via scraping, bots or non-computerised methods), is certainly prohibited. Disclaimer and Liability GradTests provides its content without warranty.
