Transdev Australasia Graduate Program
Transdev is responsible for
connecting families, friends, and future generations. The company is at the
heart of keeping communities moving. Transdev helps these people move around
daily, reducing their impact in our environment.
Graduates will enter in a
mentoring program to have a great chance to learn from Transdev professionals
that have experience the journey of being in the graduate program.
The Transdev Australasia
Graduate Program is a 18-month accelerated career start. The program is fit for
recent university graduates because it will offer them a unique development
path. Graduates will be paired with a buddy to help them settle into Transdev
life. Graduates will have the
opportunity to travel to Transdev head office twice at the first two months.
This opportunity will let graduates meet the entire cohort of graduates and
members of the Executive Team. They will be inducted as a Journey Maker and
will also understand the operation within the company.
